Option 3 ~ Reboot Program for those who are working to reset postural habits or overcome recurrent flares of an issue

Before and After Pictures - these are huge for building awareness of your holding patterns and seeing the progress you can make in a short amount of time.
Centered Self Care Videos, pre-recorded videos on a private YouTube page to help you go deeper into your self care at home.
What I ask from you during your program:
Come with a picture in your mind of how you would like to feel after your have finished your program
Dedicate at least 10 minutes a day to self care at home, more is better. This also allows you to ask your self care questions more effectively during your program.
Meet me halfway! Myofascial release is best received with an open mind and a willingness to be present in your body. I can offer you all the support in the world, but if you're not there to receive it...
